ABOUT US

Main Street Workshop is the sister company to ARTLESS, which started as a brand sold to consumers through retailers. As time passed, we found ourselves doing much more custom work for designers and even other brands. In May of 2022, we officially launched MSW as a custom fabrication/white label manufacturer. Today, we can say everything is done under MSW with different levels of service from production lines to one off custom pieces. 

We are based in Los Angeles in Lincoln Heights. Our passion lies within working with local firms, as this allows in person access to come inspect the pieces and develop a closer working relationship. Outside of Los Angeles, we also work with clients all over the country and even internationally. One of our biggest and oldest clients is Resident who is based in New Zealand while we execute all of their US upholstery.  

HOW WE WORK 

You send us a sketch, drawing, inspiration image along with materials and we quote a piece. If we are unable to quote based on given information, we will let you know why and move ahead with needed criteria.  

Our design process begins with detailed Design Proposal drawings, which upon approval we will use to execute the piece. These are not shop drawings, which are for internal use only. Yet the design proposal drawings are as extensive as needed by the client. We want you to be 100% certain on what we are building for you.  

And of course, we only like to make pieces that our clients love.
